Being happy at work almost sounds like an unattainable dream. We hear it all the time on TV, in movies, and social media — the stereotype of everyone being miserable at their job.
But it turns out that not everyone is!
While putting together our 2015 Employee Engagement Report, we reviewed over 400,000 anonymous survey responses. And naturally, we didn't want to just scratch the surface so we dug even deeper to the state level.
