A message from our joyclub chair
UNOS recently announced a new transplant milestone in the U.S. as we’ve climbed above the 30k line in 2015. According to preliminary data from UNOS, of the 30,793 organ transplants in the U.S., UCSF Transplant accounted for almost 3% of those transplants, or 849 transplants across all organ types.
With the existence of so many transplant centers in so many states now, our numbers are anything but a drop in the bucket and represent a huge contribution toward these unprecedented, national numbers.
Congratulations to all of you for being a part of something so special!

In an office, one of the most important things is the office chair. Why? Because employees, employers, clients and guests are sitting in a chair about 90% of the time they spend in the office. Office staffs are mostly seated more than eight hours a day while in front of a computer station or a desk completing paperwork.
