The Joy Club is an employee run collective for staff by staff established in December of 2011. A representative from each department in transplant volunteer their time to discuss, create, execute and support events that increase staff morale and help staff learn to have fun in the workplace.
Our mission is to provide a forum to unify Transplant staff and work together toward positive employee engagement. We strive to make Transplant the best place to work by fostering a culture of joy in the workplace through various events and initiatives while role-modeling positive behavior. |
